At the 2008 World Fantasy Convention held earlier this month in Calgary, Canada the award for best fantasy novel was given to Ysabel by Guy Gavriel Kay. It's here in the Teen fiction section. If anyone has read it, tell us if you thought it was the best fantasy book you've read this year.
